By booking, paying for, or using our LED wall rental services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Ohio LED Wall provides professional LED video wall rental services for events, installations, and productions in Northeast Ohio. Our services include:

To book our services, you must complete our online booking form or contact us directly. We will confirm availability and send you a formal quote. Your booking is not confirmed until you:
A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
Cancellation Refund Schedule:
Cancellations must be made in writing to noreply@ohioledwall.com or by calling (216) 233-8544. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Ohio LED Wall shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such cases, we will notify you immediately and work toward alternative solutions. Refunds will be issued according to our cancellation policy.
Ohio LED Wall reserves the right to cancel or delay your booking in the following circumstances:
In the event of cancellation by us (except for Client non-payment), a full refund will be issued. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your event.
All content, designs, branding, and intellectual property displayed through our LED wall services remain the property of Ohio LED Wall or our licensed partners. Client agrees not to:
Client retains ownership of content they provide for display on the LED wall.
Client information provided during booking (name, contact details, event location, etc.) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use this information solely to fulfill your rental and communicate with you about your event.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any booking agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ohio LED Wall regarding your rental. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
